The Alliance for Community Media Northwest recognizes and values diverse cultures, experiences, and ideas and we believe a strong board should reflect the community it serves. As such, we are actively seeking to lead alongside those representing underserved groups.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the planning of our yearly conference and media awards programming;
- Meeting for once-a-month conference call or video chat sessions;
- Attending one in-person Board Meeting (usually held at the conference in the spring);
- Attending a yearly retreat at a mutually agreed upon time and place.
Eligibility
- Must be a member in good standing of the ACM;
- Must reside within one of the states or provinces that the ACMNWR serves.
